"You," "Customer," or "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers an account, places an order, or otherwise accesses our Services. "Services" means the SMM panel, API, dashboard, and all social media marketing services offered through smmstay.com. "Order" means any service request submitted and paid for through your account. By accessing smmstay.com or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, whether or not you have reviewed them in full.

smmstay.com is the only official website of our service. We are not responsible for any other website, page, or account that claims to represent us. Before making any payment, please verify that you are on smmstay.com, and contact our support team directly through this website if you have any doubts.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior individual notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page, and the "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of smmstay.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use our Services. By using smmstay.com, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are using our Services for lawful purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate and current information when registering. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

smmstay.com provides social media marketing services for Telegram, including but not limited to engagement services such as members, views, reactions, and similar metrics. Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee outcomes such as increased sales, business growth, account verification, monetization, or long-term audience engagement resulting from the use of our Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details — including the target link, username, quantity, and service selection — are accurate before submission. Once an order has been placed, changing the associated link, username, or account privacy setting may cause delays, partial delivery, or order failure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or edited information submitted after an order has started processing.

Service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, due to market conditions, provider costs, or third-party platform policy changes. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for. Payments must be made through the methods available on smmstay.com. Deposits are added to your account balance and are used exclusively to purchase Services on smmstay.com.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on service type, provider availability, and third-party platform conditions. A delay alone does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided the order is eventually completed or is actively being processed.

Where a service includes an active cancellation option in your dashboard, you may request cancellation before the order is fully completed. Orders without a cancellation option, or orders already in progress without that option, cannot be cancelled or refunded. Submit all cancellation requests through the support ticket system for review.

Do not submit multiple orders for the same service and the same target link while a previous order for that link is still processing. Doing so may cause inaccurate delivery counts, processing conflicts, or delays, and we are not responsible for any resulting discrepancies. Wait for an order to complete before placing another order for the same target.

Where a service is explicitly marked with a refill guarantee and a stated refill period, we will refill any drop in count that occurs within that period, provided the target remains public and accessible. Refill guarantees do not apply to services without a stated refill period, or to drops caused by the Customer changing account settings, deleting content, or violating the third-party platform's policies.

Refunds are issued only when an order cannot be delivered and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team. Orders that have been completed, partially delivered, or are actively processing are generally non-refundable. Orders placed on private, restricted, deleted, or otherwise inaccessible accounts are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are credited to your smmstay.com account balance unless otherwise agreed.

By making a payment on smmstay.com, you agree not to file a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider for any completed or in-progress transaction without first contacting our support team. Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and removal of previously delivered engagement, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us.

You must use our Services in compliance with Telegram's terms of service, community guidelines, and platform policies. We are not responsible for any action taken by Telegram against your account, channel, or content as a result of using our Services. You may not use smmstay.com to promote or request delivery to content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by Telegram.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused our systems, exploited a bug, submitted a false dispute, or misused our customer support. Accounts with no orders or deposits for an extended period of inactivity may also be closed at our discretion.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, smmstay.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, revenue, or account access — arising from your use of our Services or any action taken by a third-party platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold smmstay.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or violation of any third-party platform's policies.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to process your orders and provide support (such as your Telegram username/ID and contact details). Your information is kept strictly confidential, stored securely, and is never disclosed, shared, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where smmstay.com is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through our support ticket system before any other action is taken.
